PS Property Management Company, Inc. (“PS Property Management”) operates a two-way customer care text line for homeowners in the Central Texas residential communities (HOA, condo, and POA) that we manage. The program is 100% homeowner-initiated: a homeowner texts our published customer care number, (512) 251-6122, and we reply. Homeowners text us for things like account balances, secure payment links, community rules and hours, to report a maintenance issue or rule violation (including photos), to schedule a callback, and to reach our staff. Replies may come from Phyllis, our automated customer care assistant, and from our team. We reply only to homeowners who text us first, and we never send marketing or promotional messages.
2. How You Opt In (Consent)
You opt in by texting (512) 251-6122 first. Your inbound text message is your consent to receive SMS replies from PS Property Management in that conversation. PS Property Management never sends the first text message and never texts marketing. There is no other opt-in method, and we do not add homeowners to texting from any web form, sign-up list, or portal.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us — typically 1–5 messages per month.
