1. Program Description
PS Property Management Company, Inc. (“PS Property Management”) operates a customer care text program for homeowners and residents of the Central Texas residential communities (HOA, condo, and POA) that we manage. After you opt in using the sign-up form on this page, we send recurring automated text messages about your own account, which may include account balances, secure payment links for your own account, maintenance and rule-violation updates, scheduling and callbacks, and general customer care. Replies may also come from Phyllis, our automated customer care assistant, and from our team. We never send marketing or promotional messages.
2. How You Opt In (Consent)
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box in the sign-up form on this page (https://psprop.net/sms-terms/). Checking that box is your express consent to receive the recurring automated customer care text messages described above. Your consent is recorded with the date, time, and your IP address. This web sign-up form is the only opt-in method, and PS Property Management never sends an unsolicited first message.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us — typically 1–5 messages per month.
