About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to manage work orders, vendor relationships, and property inspections across our portfolio of 100+ HOA communities in Central Texas. You’ll be the hub that connects homeowner requests with the right vendors and ensures work gets done right.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and prioritize incoming maintenance requests from homeowners and board members
  • Coordinate with approved vendors for repairs, landscaping, pool maintenance, and capital projects
  • Schedule and track work orders from submission through completion
  • Conduct property inspections and document conditions with photos and reports
  • Obtain competitive bids for larger projects and present recommendations to boards
  • Manage vendor insurance certificates, contracts, and performance evaluations
  • Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of property maintenance, facilities management, or construction coordination experience
  • Strong organizational skills — you’ll juggle dozens of open work orders simultaneously
  • Comfortable with technology — we use AI-powered tools to streamline maintenance workflows
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping)
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 – $55,000 based on experience
  • Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off
  • Company cell phone and mileage reimbursement
  • Work from the field — not chained to a desk
  • Career growth path into Community Management
