About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to manage work orders, vendor relationships, and property inspections across our portfolio of 100+ HOA communities in Central Texas. You’ll be the hub that connects homeowner requests with the right vendors and ensures work gets done right.
What You’ll Do
- Process and prioritize incoming maintenance requests from homeowners and board members
- Coordinate with approved vendors for repairs, landscaping, pool maintenance, and capital projects
- Schedule and track work orders from submission through completion
- Conduct property inspections and document conditions with photos and reports
- Obtain competitive bids for larger projects and present recommendations to boards
- Manage vendor insurance certificates, contracts, and performance evaluations
- Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of property maintenance, facilities management, or construction coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills — you’ll juggle dozens of open work orders simultaneously
- Comfortable with technology — we use AI-powered tools to streamline maintenance workflows
- Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping)
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
