What to Expect at The Gardens at Spicewood
- Onboarding. Our transition team has been gathering your association records and building your new community database.
- Account setup. If the association already has your email address on file, we create your homeowner account for you, and your login details arrive by email.
- No email on file? No problem. We will mail you a letter with simple steps to register online.
- Clear updates. Expect welcome letters and regular notes covering key contacts, dates, and milestones.
- Real support. Our customer service team is ready today. Call or message us with any question, large or small.
Common Questions from Owners
Q: Do I need to register for a new account? A: That depends on the contact details we receive during the transition. If the previous management team passes along your email address, we create your account and send login instructions. Otherwise, we will mail you a letter with a quick registration link.
Q: I had autopay with my previous management company. Will it transfer? A: No, and this one catches almost everyone. Management companies use different banks and different software, so payment arrangements cannot carry over. Once your owner portal account is active, please log in and set up your payments again. Our assessment payment page walks through every option.
Q: When will I get my login information? A: Our team is processing owner data now. Your credentials will arrive by email as soon as your account is ready.
