What a Premium listing includes.
Pinned sponsor listing
Your company appears at the top of the Home Services page on each community website in your plan, labeled Sponsor.
Neighbor offer
Add an offer for residents of those communities, like a discount on a seasonal service. You set it and can change it.
Verified badges
Insured and W-9 on file badges, because every sponsor must already be an approved PS Property Management vendor.
Quarterly report
How many times your listing was shown and how many residents clicked to call or request a quote.
Plans by coverage area.
Annual plans. Founding partners get about 25% off the first year.

The rules, up front.
Homeowners and boards need to trust what they see. These rules apply to every sponsor.
Always labeled
Every paid listing says Sponsor. Unpaid approved vendors can still be listed.
No effect on bids
Premium has nothing to do with association bid requests, vendor selection or awards.
Not an endorsement
A listing isn't a recommendation by the association, its board or PS Property Management. Residents hire at their own discretion.
Boards choose to participate
Listings appear only on community websites whose boards opt in. We'll share the participating list before your term starts.
Communities share in it
20% of every Premium fee is credited back to the participating associations.
No promises we can't keep
We report what happened: views and clicks. We don't promise leads, jobs or search rankings.

Do I have to be an approved vendor?
Yes. Sponsors must have a current insurance certificate and W-9 on file. Not approved yet? Apply first; it takes five steps.
Will Premium help me win association bids?
No. Bids are invited and awarded the same way for every approved vendor.
When does my listing start?
When the Home Services pages launch. Founding partners' 12-month terms start on launch day.
Can I change my neighbor offer?
Yes. Email us the new offer and we'll update it.
