PS Property Management Company, Inc. (“PS Property Management,” “we,” “us”) operates a text-messaging program that notifies our network of service vendors and contractors about bid opportunities for the residential communities we manage in Central Texas. This page describes that program and its terms.

Program description

When a community we manage has a job available to bid, we send a text message to the vendors we have invited to that job. The message links the vendor to a secure page where they can review the job scope, submit a proposal, ask a question, or decline the invitation. This is a transactional, business-to-business messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Message types

  • Bid invitations for specific jobs the vendor has been invited to
  • Reminders about a pending bid and its deadline
  • Follow-ups and confirmations related to an active bid

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the number of active bid opportunities relevant to each vendor. Vendors typically receive a small number of messages per month.

How vendors join (opt-in)

Vendors provide their mobile phone number directly to PS Property Management when they are onboarded as a vendor and when they engage with us about specific bid opportunities, and in doing so agree to receive text messages related to bid invitations and follow-ups for jobs they are invited to. Consent to receive texts is part of the vendor business relationship and is never a condition of being considered for work. Phone numbers are collected one-to-one and are never purchased, rented, or obtained from third parties.

Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out or get help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and will not receive any further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (512) 251-6122. Opting out of texts does not affect your vendor relationship with PS Property Management.

Privacy and data sharing
