A: If your email is already on file with the Association, an account will be created for you automatically and your login sent by email. If it isn’t on file, you’ll just need to complete a short registration.
Q: When will I receive my login information?
A: Our transitions team is working to set up accounts as quickly as possible. You’ll receive your login details by email once your account is ready.
Q: I have autopay set up with RealManage. Will it transfer over to PS Management?
A: Unfortunately, no. RealManage uses different banking and payment systems, so you’ll need to set up autopay with PS Management once your new account is created.
