- Account Setup: Homeowner accounts are being created for easy online access. If your email is on file with the Association, your account will be set up automatically and login information emailed to you. If not, a simple registration process will be available.

Q: Do I need to register for a new account with PS Management?
A: If your email is already on file with the Association, an account will be created for you automatically and your login sent by email. If it isn’t on file, you’ll just need to complete a short registration.
Q: When will I receive my login information?
A: Our transitions team is working to set up accounts as quickly as possible. You’ll receive your login details by email once your account is ready.
Q: I have autopay with my previous management company. Will it transfer over to PS Management?
A: Unfortunately, no. Your previous management company uses a different banking and payment system, so you’ll need to set up autopay with PS Management once your new account is created.
