- Regular Updates: We believe in clear, consistent communication. You will receive ongoing association news and announcements as we settle into serving your community.
- Account Setup: Homeowner accounts will be created to give you easy online access to your community portal. If your email address is already on file with the Association, your account will be set up automatically, and your login information will be emailed to you directly. If we do not have your email, a simple registration process will get you connected.
- A Team That Answers: Our dedicated transition and customer service teams are ready to help with any questions you may have about the change.

Q: Do I need to register for a new account with PS Property Management? A: If your email is currently on file with the Association, a new account will be created for you automatically, and your login information will be sent to your inbox. If your email is not on file, you will be invited to register through a quick online form.
Q: When will I receive my login information? A: Our team is working to create all homeowner logins as quickly as possible. You will receive a welcome email with login details as soon as your account is ready. Please check your spam or junk folder as well.
Q: I had autopay set up with your previous management company. Will it transfer? A: Unfortunately, no. Because different management companies use different banking and software systems, your previous payment settings cannot be moved over automatically. You will need to set up your payments with PS Property Management once your new account is created, and it only takes a few minutes within the owner portal.
