- Account Setup: We are creating homeowner accounts for easy online access. If your email address is already on file with the Association, your account will be set up automatically and your login emailed to you directly. If we do not have your email, we will provide a simple registration process.

Common Questions
Q: Do I need to register for a new account with PS Property Management? A: If your email is currently on file with the Association, your account will be created automatically and your login details emailed to you. Otherwise, you will receive an invitation to register using a quick online form.
Q: When will I receive my login information? A: Our team is working to create logins as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with your credentials as soon as your account is ready.
Q: I had autopay set up with your previous management company. Will it transfer over? A: Unfortunately, no. Because different management companies use different banking systems, your previous autopay settings will not transfer. You will need to set up your payment preferences with us once your new account is created, which only takes a few minutes within the owner portal.
