Q: When will I receive my login information?
A: Our transitions team has been working to get every owner’s account set up as quickly as possible. You’ll receive your login by email as soon as it’s ready.
Q: I had autopay set up with my previous management company. Did it transfer over?
A: Unfortunately, no. Your previous management company uses different banking and payment systems, so you’ll need to set up autopay with PS Management if you haven’t already.
