2020 has certainly been quite a challenging and crazy year for many. Our talented team at PS Property Management has continued to deliver our HOA community clients the personal service they deserve, despite all obstacles brought on by COVID-19. We certainly will be looking to add our easy to use online management system to help expedite communication and increase community transparency for both HOA board members and homeowners alike. We will be working closely with the Woods to develop an accurate 2021 budget and introduce any additional cost savings we can provide the community including insurance and collection costs. Developing a plan of opening the community pool, while also keeping the community members safe, is certainly a priority going into 2021.
